SSE stream of job state

state events carry the full job payload on every status change; :hb comments keep the socket warm; the stream closes on done/error or after ~4.5 minutes (reconnect to resume). Because EventSource can’t set headers, ?access_token= (MCP or api token) is accepted on this path only.
