Reorder or delete pages of a draft PDF in place

Rebuilds the draft PDF from an ordered list of 1-based source page numbers. Omit a page to delete it; permute to reorder. Signature fields on deleted pages are removed; survivors are remapped to the new page indices. Does not create child documents (use /documents/split for that).
